Bold & Spicy Steak Kabobs
- 1/2 cup A.1. Bold & Spicy Sauce, divided
- 1-1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/4-inch chunks Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 each green and red bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into 10 chunks King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 5 chili peppers, cut in half
- Pour 1/4 cup steak sauce over meat in bowl; stir to evenly coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
- Thread meat onto 10 skewers alternately with remaining ingredients.
- Grill 16 min.
- or until meat is done and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining steak sauce.
