Honey Pecan Glazed Salmon
- 4 Salmon filets
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Chopped pecans
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Sprinkle salmon with salt & pepper.
- Heat a large pan with oil & 3 Tbs of butter on medium.
- Add salmon & cook for 10-12 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.
- In a medium skillet heat remaining butter, honey & pecans on low until it starts to bubble, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
