Mediterranean Mac & Cheese
- 2 pouches Bulk Dry KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, julienned, sauteed
- 2 cups roasted red peppers, julienned
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- Prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into full-size hotel pan (or into half-size hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Keep warm until ready to serve.
