Easy and Cheap Okonomiyaki-style Natto Omlette
- 3 to 4 Eggs
- 2 packs Natto - fermented soy beans
- 1 -1 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Bonito flakes
- 1 Green onions or aonori
- Beat the eggs.
- Mix in 1 pack of sauce that came with the natto.
- Add the other pack into the natto and mix.
- Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over high heat.
- Pour in the eggs.
- After the edges get bubbly, stir the eggs briskly and turn the heat off while the surface is still soft-set.
- Spread out the natto on the center and wrap.
- Serve with sauce and mayonnaise.
- Also top with bonito flakes and green onions or aonori seaweed.
