Homemade Mexican Tortilla Chips
- 1 pound Corn Tortillas
- Salt
- Canola Oil

- Cut your tortillas into triangles.
- 2.
- Heat up your oil in a cast iron pan or a deep frier.
- 3.
- Dip the tortilla triangles into the hot oil and fry them on both sides until crisp and golden.
- 4.
- Line a plate with paper towels and set the finished chips on top to drain for a minute.
- 5.
- Then toss them in a mixing bowl with salt
- 6.
