French Fish in a Sack
- Anchovies
- Garlic
- Olives
- Asparagus tips for the cauliflower
- Fillet of sole for the cod
- 4 sprigs of fresh tarragon, stripped and chopped, for the parsley
- Prepare just as for the master recipe, #246, but with swapped ingredients: a layer of asparagus tips, portions of sole, salt and pepper, scallions, tarragon, EVOO, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Bake for 14 to 15 minutes, rather than 20.
- Serve with salad and bread.
