Low carb candied pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 250F.
  2. Mix the erythritol, salt, and cinnamon in a large ziplock bag.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, scoop the pecans into the bag, and then give them a good shake.
  5. lay them out on a sheet pan and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Stir every 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool on the pan, then store in an airtight container for up to a week.
