Lasagna Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown meat in skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Return meat to skillet.
  4. Combine pasta sauce and A.1.
  5. ; stir half into browned meat.
  6. Reserve remaining sauce mixture for later use.
  7. Mix egg, ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan; spread onto noodles, adding about 2 Tbsp.
  8. to each.
  9. Cover each noodle with about 1/4 cup meat mixture and 2 heaping Tbsp.
  10. mozzarella; roll up, starting at one short end of each.
  11. Place, seam sides down, in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce mixture.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella; cover.
  13. Bake 45 min.
  14. or until hot and bubbly.
