Easy Stuffed Baked Potatoes Recipe

  1. Bake potatoes in a 375 degree oven for 70-80 min or possibly till done.
  2. Cut a slice from top of each.
  3. Scoop out insides; mash, add in remaining ingredients and beat till smooth and fluffy but still warm.
  4. Fill potato shells.
  5. Return to oven and bake 15 min more or possibly till heated through.
  6. Makes 5 servings.
  7. Set oven at 375 degrees.
  8. NOTE: Can be made ahead and refrigerated, but hot to room temperature before placing in oven.
  9. Easy to double but to only 5 potatoes at a time.
