Cairo Brownies
- 1 box fudge brownies
- 2 bananas (ones with the spots work fine)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- pre heat oven to 350
- In a mixing bowl prepare brownies according to box
- Pour mix into a 8inch pan.
- Use a ziploc baggy and put peanut butter in bag & squeeze over mix.
- Or you can just spoon it over the mix, your preference.
- sprinkle oats over the mixture.
- cut the bananas up in bite size pieces.
- Sprinkle over the mixture.
- Take a knife & "marble" the cake.
- bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- let cool
- this recipe is my stepsons favorite.
- He is 4yrs old and this is something he can help me bake.
- I really love this recipe because it has a lot of protein and potassium.
- I came up with this recipe one night when i was making brownies and decide to try and put stuff my stepson likes to eat.
