Spicy Pork Chop & Cornbread Stuffing

  1. Heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops, onions and peppers; cook 8 to 10 min.
  3. or until chops are done (145F), turning chops and stirring vegetables after 5 min.
  4. Remove chops from skillet; set aside.
  5. Cook and stir onions and peppers 5 min.
  6. or until crisp tender; stir in hot pepper sauce.
  7. Return chops to skillet.
  8. Spoon vegetables over chops.
  9. Mix stuffing mix and water; spoon around edge of skillet.
  10. Top with cheese; cover.
  11. Cook 5 min.
  12. or until stuffing is heated through and cheese is melted.
