Bacon Jalapeno Corn Dip
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cans (11 Oz. Size) Mexicorn
- 1 can (11 Oz. Size) Super Sweet Yellow And White Corn
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 cups Cooked, Crumbled Bacon
- 3 Jalapenos, Finely Chopped, Seeds And Stems Removed
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease sides and bottom of 9x9 dish generously with butter.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and transfer to prepared dish.
- Bake about 2530 minutes, until bubbly.
