Grilled Apricots with Bittersweet Chocolate and Almonds

  1. Heat grill to high.
  2. Brush apricots with oil and grill, cut side down, until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes.
  3. Turn over and continue grilling for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with melted chocolate and almonds.
