Easy Milk Fudge

  1. BUTTER 8-INCH SQUARE PAN.
  2. IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, COMBINE BUTTER, EVAPORATED MILK, SUGAR AND SALT.
  3. BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  4. BOIL 4 TO 5 MINUTES, STIRRING CONSTANTLY; REMOVE FROM HEAT.
  5. STIR IN MARSHMALLOWS, MORSELS, VANILLA AND NUTS.
  6. STIR VIGOROUSLY FOR 1 MINUTE OR UNTIL MARSHMALLOWS MELT COMPLETELY.
  7. POUR INTO PAN.
  8. COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
  9. HINT: FOR THICKER FUDGE, USE A 7X5-INCH LOAF PAN.
