Horse's Neck III

• 1 lemon
• 2 jiggers (3 ounces) gin
• Chilled ginger ale

1. With a lemon zester, remove the rind from the lemon in a long spiral, beginning at one end and workingaround the lemon.
2. Arrange the spiral in a highball glass and fill glass with ice.
3. Add gin and 2 teaspoonsjuice from the lemon, or to taste.
4. Stir and fill glass with ginger ale.
