Seafood Delight Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets, skinned
- 16 ounce. can frzn shrimp soup
- Bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cut haddock into bite-size pcs and place in a buttered baking dish.
- Pour frzn shrimp soup, that has defrosted naturally, over the fish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs to cover entire fish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour till crumbs are a golden.
