Caramel Chocolate Nut Brownies
- 20 ounces brownie mix
- 12 cup oil
- 14 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces caramels (about 1 cup)
- 12 cup pecans, broken
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
- Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in large bowl.
- Stir for 50 strokes with a spoon and spread in greased pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Heat the caramels and condensed milk in a saucepan.
- Stir consistently until the caramels melt.
- Mix in the pecans and the chocolate chips until the chips melt.
- Spread over cooled brownies.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
