Salmon And Corn Casserole Recipe
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (12 ounce.) whole kernel yellow corn, liquid removed
- 1 can (7 3/4 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed & flaked
- 3 ounce. (3/4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl beat Large eggs.
- Add in remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min or possibly till hard.
- Makes 3-4 servings.
