Chinese Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in shallow roasting pan and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
  3. Pour off all excess fat.
  4. While chops are roasting, mix remaining ingredients and let stand to blend flavors.
  5. Pour over chops and bake 45 min longer, basting frequently.
