Tart-Shell Dough

  1. In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar, and salt to mix.
  2. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles small peas.
  3. With the machine running, add yolk mixture through feed tube; process until dough forms a ball.
  4. Proceed with dough according to either our Peach Raspberry Tartlets recipe or our Double-Plum Almond Tart recipe.
