Cantaloupe Soup Recipe

  1. Puree cantaloupe in food processor or possibly blender.
  2. Add in orange juice, honey, cinnamon, whipping cream and Calvados.
  3. Chill.
  4. May be served in cantaloupe halves with mint sprigs for garnish.
  5. Yield: 6 servings.
