Baked Orange Pork Chops Recipe
- 2 lb Lean pork chops, thick Salt and pepper
- 2 x Oranges, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- Arrange pork chops in a casserole.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices.
- Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices.
- Cover.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
