Fajita Queso Chicken Burgers

  1. Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix chicken, peppers, onions, fajita seasoning and 2 Tbsp.
  3. tomatoes just until blended; shape into 8 balls.
  4. Cut VELVEETA into 16 cubes.
  5. Press 2 VELVEETA cubes into center of each meatball; flatten into 1/2-inch-thick rectangular patty.
  6. Grill 5 to 6 min.
  7. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. Meanwhile, cook remaining tomatoes until heated through.
  9. Place burgers on tortillas; top with tomatoes.
  10. Fold in half.
