Khao Pod Tod

  1. Blend flour, sugar, salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add water, egg and vinegar to the bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Mix in corn and green onions.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls into the skillet.
  6. Cook cakes until brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  8. Serve with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
