Sour Cream Rye Bread Recipe

• 1 1/2 tsp. yeast
• 1 c. bread flour
• 1 c. rye flour
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
• 2 1/2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
• 3/4 c. water

1. Add in ingredients to bread pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
2. Recipe recommends using whole wheat setting or possibly use the sweet bread setting.
