Raspberry Pavlova

  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Combine sugar and dry gelatin mix.
  3. Beat egg whites in medium bowl with mixer on high speed 5 min.
  4. or until soft peaks form.
  5. Add sugar mixture, 1 Tbsp.
  6. at a time, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently stir in lemon juice and cornstarch until blended.
  8. Spread into 8-inch circle on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  9. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Transfer meringue to plate just before serving; top with remaining ingredients.
