Crock Pot Roast & Gravy Recipe

• 3-4 pound boneless beef roast
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 env. onion soup mix

1. Place roast in crock pot.
2. Pour mushroom soup (don't dilute) in a mixing bowl and stir till smooth.
3. Pour over roast.
4. Sprinkle onion mix over all.
5. Cook on high for 8-10 hrs.
6. Serve with potatoes, rice or possibly noodles.
