Kitchen Kouture Pot Roast & Veggies

  1. Mix all seasoning together.
  2. Slice criss cross slits in meat.
  3. Rub half of seasonings into meat.
  4. Seal in large ziplock bag and refrigerate over night.
  5. Put meat into a large roasting pan, fat end facing up.
  6. Mix remaining seasoning with 4 cups broth.
  7. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, & mushrooms to roasting pan.
  8. Pour stock mixture over veggies.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Cook at 325 for 4 hours covered with foil.
