All-Purpose Grilling Rub - Dairy Free
- 14 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 14 cup sweet paprika
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
- Mix all of ingredients, rub onto your chicken, turkey, beef or pork.
- Works on all.
- Leftover rub can be stored in an airtight container such as a canning jar or a zipped storage bag.
