Mango and Banana or Pear Smoothie
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into several pieces, or 2 large ripe juicy pears (preferably Bartlett), peeled, quartered, and cored
- One 8-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice, or as needed
- Ice, optional
- Combine all the ingredients except optional ice in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly pureed.
- Serve at once in tall glasses, over ice if desired.
