Steamed Asparagus with Butter and Crispy Fried Garlic
- 7 cups Water
- 15 stalks Asparagus
- 2 pinches Salt
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cups Oil For Frying The Garlic
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter
- Put water in a steamer and let it boil.
- Wash the asparagus then sprinkle with the salt to steam about 3 minutes (half-cooked is much better).
- Chop the garlic and fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Melt the butter and set it aside.
- When asparagus is steamed, put it in a plate, drizzle the butter over and garnish with fried garlic.
