Steamed Asparagus with Butter and Crispy Fried Garlic

  1. Put water in a steamer and let it boil.
  2. Wash the asparagus then sprinkle with the salt to steam about 3 minutes (half-cooked is much better).
  3. Chop the garlic and fry until it becomes golden brown.
  4. Melt the butter and set it aside.
  5. When asparagus is steamed, put it in a plate, drizzle the butter over and garnish with fried garlic.
