Sweet Italian Sausage Spice Blend

• 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
• 3/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
• 3/4 teaspoons Fennel Seeds
• 1- 1/2 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

1. Combine the spices in a small bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. To make sausage: mix thoroughly with 1 lb.
4. ground pork.
5. Cook as directed by your recipe.
