Avocado/Bacon Appetizers Recipe
- 8 slc bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 x avocados peeled and cubed
- Heat bacon fat in large skillet; add in onion, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat till onions are tender.
- Add in bacon and pour over avocado cubes.
- Mix lightly.
- Serve on small plates as a appetizer.
