Easy Meatballs
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs, Seasoned
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 pounds Ground Meat (beef, Venison, Or Elk)
- 1 pound Pork Sausage
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In large bowl, mix eggs together.
- Add the next 5 ingredients, mix well.
- Add the meats (helps if the meat has sat on the counter for about 10 minutes, to get rid of the chill).
- Using your hands, mix all ingredients very well.
- There should be no big clumps of bread crumbs or onions.
- Roll out 1 balls and place close together on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until no longer pink inside.
- Cool and place in quart-sized Ziplocs and freeze or refrigerate what you will use in the next couple of days.
- Makes approximately 12 dozen.
