Lemon Broccoli Fish

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan and add the fish.
  2. Pour over the combined cream cheese spread and evaporated milk, simmer covered, for 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  3. Season to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds, lemon rind and finely chopped parsley.
  4. Serve fish and cheese sauce with lightly steamed broccoli.
