Bean Salad No. 2
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- 15 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 14 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 13 cup fresh tomato, diced
- 14 cup baby carrots, finely chopped
- 14 cup black olives, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Mix it all together.
- Yum.
