Crab Cakes

  1. Mix everything but the crab together.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Taste to see if additional seasoning is needed.
  4. Add the crab last.
  5. Mix well but try not to break up the crab.
  6. Form 4 crab patty's.
  7. It will be more wet than dry.
  8. Put in a preheated skillet.
  9. Bake for about 10 minutes than flip.
  10. Garnish with lemon aioli & additional green onions.
  11. Lemon aioli: mayo, lemon juice & EVOO.
  12. Equal parts mayo & EVOO.
  13. Add lemon juice to taste & season with salt & pepper.
