Cottage Cheese Pie

  1. Press the cheese through a sieve 2 times.
  2. Add the butter, sugar, salt, flour, lemon rind, unbeaten egg yolks, chopped raisins, nuts and milk.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  5. Fold into cheese mixture.
  6. Pour into the pie shell.
  7. Bake in moderately hot oven (400 F) for 30 minutes or until browned and firm.
