Platanutres (Plantain Fried Chips) Recipe
- 6-7 green plantains
- garlic pwdr
- oil for frying
- Peel and finely slice the plantains, deep frying till golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and drain while the plantain is warm.
- Sprinkle with garlic pwdr or possibly salt to taste.
- Note: Can be served accompanied by ketchup or possibly another favorite dip.
