Vickys Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 4 tbsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp low-sodium salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Spoon into a jar with a screw lid and shake to combine
- To make up the dressing, mix 2tbsp of the dry mix with 2tbsp water, 60mls vinegar and 140mls olive oil
- Makes around 16tbsp
