Finger licken fried chicken
- 12 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 & 1/2
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup Finely crushed rice krispies
- 1 vegetable oil
- Mix eggs and milk (1/2&1/2)
- Combine flour finely crushed rice krispies and seasoning in a large bowl until fully mixed
- Add vegetable oil into your deep frier or a large frying pan on medium high heat
- Dip your chicken in your flour mix then egg wash then flour mix again.
- (Repeat for each piece)
- Drop your chicken in and let fry for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let you chicken rest on a paper towel for approx 5 minutes then ENJOY!
