Traditional Bread (Abm)
- 1 38 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dry buttermilk
- 1 34 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour (unbleached)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 14 teaspoons yeast
- Add ingredients in the order that your bread machine instructs.
- Choose light or medium crust and basic setting.
- At the end of the 3-hour cycle when the bread is finished baking, remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
