Sparerib Sauce

• 1 cup consomme
• 34 cup brown sugar
• 14 teaspoon ginger
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour over spare ribs and simmer till all the sauce has thickened on the ribs, about 1-1 1/2 hours.
