Confetti Spaghetti

  1. Melt butter over heat in a medium sized saucepan.
  2. Add onion, saute until translucent, do not brown.
  3. Add flour, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Stir until combined.
  7. Pour mixture in a greased 20 x 30cm casserole dish.
  8. Top with Singles*.
  9. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
