Confetti Spaghetti
- 30g butter
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 250g small pasta shapes, cooked (eg. penne, macaroni, farfalle)
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- 310g can corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 1 zucchini, finely diced
- 4 KRAFT Singles, cut into fingers Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- Melt butter over heat in a medium sized saucepan.
- Add onion, saute until translucent, do not brown.
- Add flour, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, stirring over low heat until the sauce thickens.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir until combined.
- Pour mixture in a greased 20 x 30cm casserole dish.
- Top with Singles*.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
