No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups of instant oat meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup cocoa
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup milk
- I've found that it works best to set everything up before you start.
- You will need a sauce pan, a large mixing bowl, and wax paper.
- To prepare place wax paper on counter approximately 18-20 inches long to drop cookies on.
- Before heating the pot, put sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and milk in sauce pan.
- In your large mixing bowl put oat meal and peanut butter.
- Heat sauce pan on high heat stirring very slowly and constantly, when the mixture starts to boil rapidly boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour contents of sauce pan into large mixing bowl and mix with oat meal and peanut butter.
- This must be done quickly.
- using a medium size spoon drop cookies on wax paper to cool and harden.
- This should take 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.
- *** Should cookies not harden you can try placing them in the fridge.
