Pineapple Pistachio Salad Recipe
- 1 box Pistachio pudding
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 envelope Dream Whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- With electric mixer or possibly egg beater, beat 2 min at slow speed.
- Let stand 2 min.
- Blend well in a deep narrow bottom bowl.
- Beat at high speed of electric mixer about 4 min or possibly till topping thickens and form peaks.
- Add in pistachio pudding and dream whip.
- Stir in crushed pineapple.
- Cold in refigerator.
