Meat Sausage Turkey Stuffing Recipe

• 1 lg. onion
• 2 stalks celery
• Bunch parsley
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 lbs. minced meat
• 1 pound sausage (sweet)
• 8 ounce. Parmesan cheese
• 12 ounce. bread crumbs
• Grnd giblets (optional)

1. Break sausage in small pcs; brown till cooked.
2. In food processor grind onion, parsley, and celery; add in to sausage and cook.
3. Brown minced meat; drain fat and add in to sausage mix.
4. Drain off any fat.
5. To dry mix of bread crumbs and cheese add in 2 Large eggs, meat mix, and 1 c. water.
6. With hands mix to consistency to stuff turkey.
