Sushi Balls Halloween For a Potluck
- 1 pack Smoked salmon
- 1 Cream cheese
- 1 Shiso leaves
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Put the smoked salmon on some plastic wrap.
- Mix up some rice with shiso leaves, cream cheese, and white sesame seeds.
- Put this mixture on top of the salmon.
- Shape into balls inside of the plastic wrap.
- Make the leaves of the pumpkins from the shiso leaves and the eyes, nose, and mouth from nori.
- Wrap the balls up with plastic wrap again to finish!
