Almond Fried Chicken Sauce - Almond Fried Chicken

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. In separate bowl combine milk and eggs.
  3. Dip chicken first in flour, then in milk mixture, then in flour, then in milk, then roll in almonds.
  4. Melt 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter in bottom of casserole dish.
  5. Place chicken in melted butter.
  6. Melt rest of butter and pour on top of chicken.
  7. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees (200 C.).
  8. Serve with almond sauce, if desired.
