Easy Pecan Pie

  1. Blend pudding mix with corn syrup.
  2. Gradually add evaporated milk and egg.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Add pecans.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until top is firm and starts to crack.
  7. Cool at least 3 hours before cutting.
  8. Garnish with Cool Whip and additional pecans if desired.
